Short History

Short History

The company „Pronet” sp. z o.o. was established in 1988. In the initial period of our activity we were involved in the development of computer software and consulting activity in the field of business management. Since 1990 we have been dealing mainly with bookkeeping services and business advisory, and since 1997 also with tax advisory - since the company is entered in the register of legal entities authorized to provide tax advisory. We provide services for over two hundred companies, including over a dozen with foreign capital.

We employ employees with comprehensive qualifications and many years of professional experience, which allows us to operate freely in many industries and provide a full range of bookkeeping, HR and payroll and advisory services. Our books are often audited by i.e. Polish affiliates of such companies as Ernst & Young, KPMG, PwC and the quality assessment of our books is always positive in their reports.

Moreover, we effectively replace our Clients in disputes with tax authorities, including representing their interests before the Voivodship and Supreme Administrative Court, guaranteeing security with third party liability insurance up to PLN 1 million.

Jarosław Wdziękoński

Company founder, Director

Registered in the list of tax advisors of the Ministry of Finance, has the experience of nearly 50 years of work, including 41 in managerial positions. Consultant of numerous ownership transformations in the commune, author of studies in the field of city development, as well as feasibility studies for very large investment projects co-financed by the Sectoral Operational Programme Transport, and then by the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment: for the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority S.A. ("Expansion of port infrastructure on the Katowice Peninsula", "Expansion of port infrastructure in the northern part of the Ewa Peninsula in the port of Szczecin", "Reconstruction of road infrastructure in the ports of Szczecin and Świnoujście" and "Expansion of infrastructure for intermodal reloading in the area of the Dębicki Canal in the port of Szczecin"), for the Commune - City of Szczecin ("Modernization of road access to the port of Szczecin").

Aleksander Jasiukiewicz

Director of Economic and Financial Affairs

Member of the Management Board, responsible for the bookkeeping and advisory services division, registered in the list of tax advisors of the Ministry of Finance, member of supervisory boards in companies with State Treasury shareholding, affiliated with the company for over 25 years.

Mirosława Borko

Head of human resources and payroll

She has been working for the company since 1994, managing a team of eight people, she has several decades of experience in the industry.

Joanna Rudolf

Internal Auditor

Associated with the company since 1994, specialist in ownership transformations and taxes.

Michał Szczodry

Deputy director

In the company since 2007, a specialist in the field of credit applications, business plans, investment and economic advisory and EU applications. Responsible for contact with clients with foreign capital.
