Tax Advisory Company "PRONET" Sp. z o.o. was established in 1998. We are one of the biggest and the oldest companies in the region. We provide bookkeeping, tax advisory and HR services. We also provide consulting services (business plans, loan applications, market analysis) for Polish and foreign companies including those starting their business in Poland.

We will prepare payroll and all HR documentation, monthly calculation of employee salaries, sickness benefits and other documentation for social insurance (ZUS).
Business plans and loan applications
Our specialists will prepare for you loan applications, business plans, market analysis and will advise you in the scope of running a business and management.
Consultations "For Start"
We provide support for people starting their business activity. We will advise which activity and taxation form should be chosen and we will fill in necessary forms and applications. We can also prepare a business plan, financial forecasts as well as development plan.
Legal services, national court register
Our lawyers will help in converting a company, preparing applications to NCR, contracts, internal regulations, protocols of shareholders’ meetings and other necessary documents.
